A.     Pengertian Prepotition Preposition atau biasa kita kenal dengan kata depan memiliki asalah kata, yakni kata “pre” yang berarti sebelum dan “positions” yang berarti letak. Jadi, prepositions adalah  kata yang kita tempatkan di depan atau sebelum kata benda untuk menerangkan posisi dari benda lain yang kita maksud. Contoh : That a book on the table (Itu adalah sebuah buku diatas meja). Buku merupakan benda yang kita jelaskan, dan meja merupakan benda sebagai penjelas dimana buku lietakkan.
